Laboratory Services

We run a laboratory which can perform all common blood and urine tests.

Blood is drawn at 8-10 AM Monday through Thursday. Booking is required. Your doctor decides what tests need to be taken.

Bring urine samples preferably before 10. Keep urine samples in refrigerator if you cannot deliver them directly.

For some tests you need to be fasting, so fast if in doubt. You can take your usual medication with some water.

We process many tests in our laboratory and collaborate with Glæsibær laboratory or to Landspítali hospital.
